In 2005, the third generation company started its work in the field of construction and construction. The project of establishing the municipality building of the Upper Village of the Eastern Region Municipality was an encouraging start to successive successes in the field of construction and construction.

In 2007, the company contracted with the Ministry of Education to set up a middle school, Al-Mughira bin, and the school of Abada Bin Al-Saamit Primary School in Hafr Al-Batin.

Since that date, the company has been able, thanks to God and Tawfiqah, to complete a number of projects in various destinations including Aramco, SABIC and Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu.
